GreatDay HR can simplify the management of various HR activities. However, sometimes you may have difficulty logging into the application with various errors.
In this guide, we will help you solve three common errors that arise from the GreatDay HR application. Follow each of the following steps so you can log back in:
Unable to Login – “account not found”
1. Ensure the company name you entered is the same as the one registered in our system
2. If that did not fix your issue, please enter your company name in the search bar
3. If the problem still occurs, please confirm the registered company name to your PIC or company admin
Unable to Login – “username not matched”
1.Try to type in and rewrite the username clearly (pay attention to capital letters).
2. If anything should happen, please confirm this case to any of the PIC in your company.
Unable to Login – “wrong password”
1. Tap on ‘forgot password’ in the login menu.
2. Enter your email and the registered company name.
3. Click Send.
4. If a problem occurs, please confirm your ‘username’ to your PIC or company admin.
