To make inputting your employee payroll data easier, you can use the upload feature. All you need to do is fill in the data in the provided Excel file and upload it to the application. To get further information on how to upload your payroll data, follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Payroll’ from the homepage.
- Choose ‘Payroll Master Setup’ at the top right corner of the page, right beside the Tools dropdown menu.
- Tap the ‘Edit’ button on ‘Employee Payroll Data’
- Tap this button
- Download the template.
- Open the downloaded file and complete your payroll data in the template provided (Excel file).
- Save the file.
- Upload the file of your employee payroll data from the page where you downloaded the template.
- Once successful, your employee payroll data will automatically be displayed on this page:
