In GreatDay HR, you set the administrator whether you want to add or change the superadmin, payroll admin, attendance admin or claim admin. The explanation of each admin can be checked by clicking the icon on the right top corner of the page. Here are the steps on how to add or change the admin:
- Go to ‘Setting’ page and choose ‘Change Admin’.
- Set the type of admin first, either you want to set the employee as the superadmin, payroll admin, attendance admin or claim admin.
- Search employee in the search bar if you have a lot of employees.
- Select the employee as the admin or deselect the employee.
- All done? Tap Submit to save the changes.
