How do I remove an employee?

When you have a resigned employee, of course, you have to delete all data related to employee information. In GreatDay HR, you can easily delete the data by going through out these steps:

  1. Go to Setting page and then choose Employee List.
  2. Choose the employee that you want to delete.
  3. Once the confirmation box appears, tap Delete to proceed.

Moreover, if the resigned employees are more than one, you can delete by selecting the employee you want to delete. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Setting page and then choose Employee List.
  2. Tap ‘Select Employee’.
  3. Select several employees which need to be removed.
  4. Choose ‘Delete’ and then the confirmation box will appear.
  5. Tap ‘Delete’ to proceed the changes.
