What If I Failed to Send My Attendance Record to the Server?

With GreatDay HR, you can record your attendance via smartphone. You can even do it while you’re offline when you have a bad connection or if your data plan runs out.

However, what if you find that you fail to send your attendance record to the server continuously?

Follow the steps below to solve it:

1. Head to the ‘features’ tab 

2. Choose the ‘attendance’ menu

3. Click on the ‘cloud with an X logo on the top right corner

4. Click on ‘support@greatdayhr.com’ listed on the offline attendance page.

The system will automatically generate a message with your email to ‘support@greatdayhr.com’ (do not erase or add anything to this field) 

Please do not ‘LogOut’ or ‘Clear Data’ until your attendance record is successfully sent
