My clock in/clock out wasn’t recorded. Can I correct my attendance?

We all know, sometimes the system or attendance machine can go wrong, in which it can affect your attendance record. Thus, it’s better for you to check your attendance record first on Attendance List whether your data is missed or not. If you find the start/end time doesn’t match with the actual time when you record your attendance or your attendance isn’t recorded, it’s all right, you can correct it. Go through out these steps to correct your attendance data:

  1. Go to Attendance and choose Attendance Correction.
  2. Tap ‘+New Request’
  3. Determine by whom the attendance correction is created.
  4. Set the start and end date.
  5. Add the attachment if any.
  6. Tap ‘Next’. Once you tap it, it will direct you to the next page as the following:

  7. Set the time on Detail field.
  8. Choose your current shift.
  9. Write down the reason why you correct your attendance.
  10. Set the correct time.
  11. All done? Tap ‘Update’ to send your attendance correction to the authorized approver(s).
